Enrolment Process
Partnering with families from the very beginning
GAther your documents and apply online
Begin your enrolment journey by completing our online application form.
Please ensure that all supporting documentation is submitted so we can process your application promptly.
Applications cannot be processed until all of the following items have been received:
• Birth certificate
• Most recent two school reports (if applicable)
• Latest NAPLAN results (for students in Year 3 or above)
• Any additional assessments such as speech, occupational therapy or specialist medical reports
• Copies of any legal or custody orders relating to the child (originals must be presented at the interview)
An enrolment application fee is payable at the time of submission:
• $150 per student (Years 1–12)
• $50 per Kindergarten student
Attend an interview with our Head of College
Once your application and documents have been received, our Enrolments Team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for an interview with our Head of College, Mr Michael Atteya.
This is an opportunity for us to get to know your family and for you to ask questions about the College’s values, programs and community.
An interview with our Learning Support Coordinator may also be arranged if additional information is required about your child’s learning or wellbeing needs.
All students applying for Kindergarten will meet with the Learning Support Coordinator to help assess school readiness.
Receive an offer
Following the interview process, families will receive written notification of the outcome—normally within two weeks.
Possible outcomes include:
• An offer of a place from a specific date
• Placement on a waiting list
• Notification that a position is unavailable
Parents are asked to confirm acceptance in writing by signing the Enrolment Acceptance Form provided with the offer.
