Levies
- The Levy fees may cover activities such as excursions, incursions, carnivals, swimming, sports, IT service, subjects and camps.
- Levy fees are compulsory for all students from Kindergarten to Year 12 and payments must be finalised during the school term, noting that this payment is non-refundable.

Discounts for on-time payment
Discounts apply to full payment of fees and levies within 21 days of invoice, as follows;

On-time payment of annual tuition fees OR On-time payment of annual tuition fees AND levies

Payment Options
Fees may be paid in installments, but all term fees must be finalised before the end of each term.
Payment may be made by:
- Internet banking (College bank details appear on your invoice). Please include student last name for reference.
- Direct debit (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) — Forms are available from the Accounts Office in person or by email (accounts@stbishoy.nsw.edu.au)
- Centerlink — If you receive Centrelink payments, payment may be made via CENTREPAY. Forms are available from the Accounts Office in person or by email (accounts@stbishoy.nsw.edu.au)
- EFTPOS — in person in the Accounts Office
